「脈」是一種綿延不絕、永恆留存的精神，旋轉迂迴的「脈」中長期修煉，無論是身處低谷，或是正在稜線上攀爬，還是置身頂峰；人生的高低，有如大自然的起伏，需要靜觀，平常心以對。兩兩相對的「脈」進入對話的狀態，有時像是兩位隱者靜默以對，無聲勝有聲；有的像是相互探討思辨提升。「脈的對話」彷彿連百年孤寂的山脈都找到千古知音。
